The 12th SEPT CEPS TROPHY will be held on Saturday, 13 November from 9:30 at AINTEREXPO in Bourg-en-Bresse, in the Salon de la Gastronomie. The jury is chaired by George PERTUSET, former President of the French sommelier profession.
Beyond the emulation that a competition can generate, the exploitation of the results of the 7 CEPS competition depends on the recognition of the wines of the regions concerned and thus on promotional efforts that will be developed. This is why it seemed necessary to give identity to an international region comprising many winegrowers exploiting small and medium-sized farms and to convey to consumers objective gustatory information.
