Wine School – continuous training and tasting courses

The Vaud Wine Office provides an opportunity for enthusiasts or novices to discover wine and learn the basics of wine tasting and then acquire a vocabulary and gustatory skills. To take pleasure in wine one first needs to understand it.

Courses are also organised for establishments. Any restaurant can enrol and obtain customized training for its staff. These courses are free and given in establishments themselves so that waiters and waitresses can learn in their environment and with their working tools.
