Grands crus
The designation ”Grand Cru” is reserved for wines from at least 90% grapes grown in the indicated production area or commune, and no more than 10% from grapes grown in another production area in the same AOC (Appellation d'Origine Contrôlée (AOC).

Teneur en sucre
La teneur naturelle en sucre doit être supérieure de 5°Oe au minima requis en fonction du cépage et de la région de production.
